Lockport Residence --- December 2nd, 2011
#1 --- "....is there somebody here with me right now?"..after this is said you can hear a girl talking very lightly, directly after the question and at the end of the clip. You hear the talking, however the words cannot be made out.
#2 --- "What are you angry about?" Following this question, you hear a knock.
#3 --- Voice sounds to be male. The general consensus of the group is that the word being said is "thief"
We present to you a set of photos taken in the master bedroom, in succession. Note what appears to be movement in the right top quarter of the photo. Interesting. The investigator has never had this happen with his camera before.
North Tonawanda Apartment --- October 29th, 2011
#1 --- captured in the nursery... very quiet, one word. "hey"
#2 --- captured in the nursery....one word, a drawn out "hide"
#3 --- captured in the nursery...Suzanne and Gina were in the living room. Not heard by either investigator..."give it a shot"
#1 --- Captured in the basement...All investigators were present. Nick is talking and the comment heard is 'f*** you'...see what you think.
#2 --- Captured in master bedroom...Suzanne and Nick were conducting an evp session. Two very loud words are said; however we cannot makeout what they are.
#3 --- Captured in the basement..All investigators present....What is heard is a growl.
#4 --- captured in basement...all investigators present. The phrase "Get out of here" is recorded.
#5 --- captured in the baby's room...all investigators present, Nick is speaking and just before he speaks, you can hear taliking. We can not make out what it is, but we hear the talking.
#6 --- captured in the master bedroom...You can hear what sounds like two people having a conversation. You can hear, "I think....", but the rest is not clear. Awesome catch!
We were conducting a dowsing rod session, asking that if any one was present to please let themselves be known. After I say, "clear please" you will hear......well you make your own judgment. It just happens to be where the little girl has been seen in the home.
#1 - Dave & Suzanne on the little rock. They were positioned in the officers berthing room. After Dave asks "did you set it over here?" you can hear heavy footsteps; then a door slams out in the hallway. Everyone was accounted for and stationary. As indicated in the clip, both heard footsteps and door slam. All doors in the vicinity were padlocked shut or secured open by the naval park.
#2 - Suzanne & Dave in the officers berthing room, Dave was lying on one bed (lower) and his recorder placed a level up (middle bunk). Suzanne was on the other side of the room. After Dave says "... a loud buzzing" there is a pause and we then hear a breath which sounds like it is very close to the recorder.
#3 - Suzanne & Dave in officers berthing continuing their Evp session. Suzanne could not find her DVR and then it turned up in another place. After Suzanne says "I don't even wanna know" you hear a door bang and then again. All of team accounted for and not in area.
#4 - Suzanne & Dave were checking out the doors in the hallway outside the berthing room. After Suzanne says "Here" , we hear " You want more?" They did not hear it at the time.
#5 - Nick, Dave & Gina on the Sullivan conducting an Evp session. After you hear the noise of something being dropped, you hear one of the team say "Sh*t" , right after that they hear someone or a noise not generated by them. All three hear it.
#6 - Nick, Gina & Dave on the Sullivan. Lower level, below deck. They capture a voice during an Evp session. Each of them heard it at the time.
#1 -- James and Jim in MBR. Jim asks a question during Evp session. It is followed by a response.
#2 -- Jim is in the attic and Suzanne is on the walkie-talkie, informing him of a possible ouija board hidden there. After Suzanne says, "...under a floor board", there is a pause before Jim responds. Within that pause you can hear a sort of moaning.
#3 -- Nick, Suzanne & Gina are in the MBR. Nick says, "...right near me" and Suzanne says, "Whoa". Right after that you hear a sharp inhale which Suzanne and Gina each acknowledge. When Gina says, "Did you hear that?" you hear a voice immediately say, "No" and then Nick says, "No"
#4 -- Nick & Suzanne are in MBR. A noise is heard coming from the window. While trying to replicate the noise we discover it is the sound of the window blind cord hitting the wooden window frame. There is no air movement in the room to move it and we are not in contact with it. This happens during an Evp session asking for a noise or sign of anyone's presence.
#5 -- Jim & James are in MBR. In the beginning of the Evp clip you can hear the door 'pop' and creak open. Due to the thickness of the carpet, the door would have had to be pulled open against the thickness of the carpet, in order to make the hinge creak.
#6 -- Nick, Suzanne & Gina are located in the MBR, conducting an Evp session. Questions are aimed towards eliciting any response from a spirit. During a silence in the questions, you can hear a tapping. The location of the tapping, which was heard by both Nick and Gina, was from the floor behind where Nick was sitting.
#7 -- Jim & James are in the second floor bedroom conducting an Evp session. Jim asks, "Did you put alot of work into it?" In a breathy response you can hear the words, "Oh Yeah". This was not heard at the time of recording.
#8 -- Suzanne, Nick & Gina are in the MBR doing an Evp session. Nick and Suzanne hear yelling from a person(male). Gina heard it, however thought initially it was a dog. No noises were tagged from outdoors. What is your impression?
#9 -- Suzanne, Gina & Nick are in second floor bedroom conducting an Evp session. Gina is asking a question. After she says, "....now would be a good time to let us know", you can hear laughing. Almost sounds like a disturbed laugh or funhouse clown. This was not heard at the time by the team.
#10 -- Suzanne, Nick & Gina were in the process of moving their session from one room, down the hall and into the MBR. In the midst of conversation you will hear Nick say, "Where ya wanna be?". Directly following that sentence you can hear, in a whispered tone, "Where'd ya wanna be" This was being said in reference to where we wanted to situate ourselves in the room. It was not heard at the time.
Video 1 -- This video clip occurs in the MBR. A group of investigators had just concluded an Evp session in this room and had moved to another room down the hall. They all entered the room and closed the door, tight, behind them. At the 1:51:07 mark you'll notice the two cats stop and turn to look at each other for maybe 4 seconds. At 1:51:15 an anomaly shoots from the bottom left corner of the door to the right far corner, Diagonally! The movement occurs in less then a second at great speed. There is no light source through the windows on the second floor, because the blinds and curtains were all drawn and the team was behind a closed door. They are the only ones in the house at the time.
Old Fort Niagara --- August 5th, 2011
#1 -- Al, Dave, Debby in 2nd floor chapel of French castle...sounds like cup of tea or possibly something in Latin..EPS team caught the same at a different time.
#2 -- again chapel, possible exhale?
#3 -- hard sole footsteps on wooden floor..we all were wearing soft sole shoes!
#4 -- In the underground casement, Sue, Debbie, & Al conducting EVP session. Al says "I'll go alittle bit deeper" and then you hear, very quietly, "?? deep"
#5 -- Al & Dave in chapel...a very clear hi is heard, but nether of them heard it until playback.
#6 -- Sue & James in the Commandant's dinning room, each in a chair on two sides of room, a rustling sound is heard between them.
#7 -- In the underground casement, Sue, Debbie, & Al, sitting quietly and they hear a thudding sound from farther in the casement. Sounds wooden in nature. possibly a door?
#8 -- Dave, James & Ryan in the north redoubt, conducting an Evp session with ghost box - you hear what sounds like 'wow'. voice pattern does not match ghost box pattern on audio recording.
#3 -- what sounds to us like "your welcome" not sure what it's referring to...we just know it wasn't one of us!
#4 -- We have 2 interpretations of this audio, we hear 'oh boy'.. the client, her sons and daughter-in-law hear 'I wanna play'....Take a listen and you decide
#5 -- This audio is a stagger of three words. It was caugtht on nick's sensitive audio recorder..We hear 'hey...wait...nick
#7 -- one of our team, Dave is doing a session in master bedroom. After the part of his question ".....or is it a choice that's made for you?"....you will hear a response. We feel it says, "It's mine"
#8 - After we were packed up from the investigation and were ready to leave, I gave the clients a digital voice recorder. I asked them to turn it on and place it in the kitchen when the last person went to work. These recordings were captured during the day while both individuals were not at home. We feel the sounds captured in these EVP clips are the sounds of dining chairs moving, drawers being opened and cupboards being opened. The clients agree, the kitchen is a hot spot of activity in the house.
#1 -- Nick and Al in the barn, you can hear footsteps and then a soft raspy voice,"help me"
#2 -- After the K2 lit up Dave asks 'did that take all of your energy out of you' you can hear a faint "yeah"
#3 -- While the team is in the living room, Dave says 'there are four of us here..Dave, Sue, Nick and Al', after that you hear Dave's name repeated. Not heard at the time. Althou Nick has his sensitive audio recorder with headphones and comments that he heard something.
#7 -- after sue says temperature, it sounds like a breathy voice trying to mimic her word...caught on two recorders and the last one is a some what cleaned up version of it
Evp's #1, 2 & 3 were all caught on the third floor ballroom. The recorder and video equipment were set up on the stage (see picture on investigation page). No one was present on this floor, we were all on the first floor or basement at the time. #1 is a series of random bangs; #2 sounds like a gentleman clearing his throat; #3 sounds like the piano on stage playing

Evp #1---Dave, Al & Nick in basement. knocks were heard on digital recorder, but was not tagged or heard by the 3 at the time.
Evp#2----Al, Gina, Nick in Georges room. There is a female laugh heard on the recorder while Gina is speaking...and she is the only female in the room.
Evp#3----Dave, Al & Nick in basement. They all heard a moan and commented on it and Dave heard a tap during conversation that the other 2 did not, both were captured on digital recorder.

SouthTowns FarmHouse ---- Sept. 19th, 2009
Evp #1--Sounds like a breathy word. Some think "here", others "yes"...undecided. Appears to be very close to recorder. Recorder placed on bed in master bedroom with no one present.
Evp #2-- Recorder was placed on a dresser. No one was in the room, yet rustling or rummaging is going on. Gina & James were in adjacent apt. investigating and nothing was heard by either.
Evp #3-- As Ryan finishes saying,"...is age of importance to you?", you hear "No"
Evp #4-- We are at base camp discussing Sue, Gina & our client going up to the ouija room. approx 2:50am. Talking is heard right after Ryan says ".... questions we've missed?", you hear one word (miss)
Evp #5-- Dave & Ryan in clients bedroom. Ryan starts getting chills. As Dave is saying, "and let us know you're here", you hear a 'moan'. Then Ryan points it out to Dave and it happens again, louder.
Evp #6-- Dave & Al in master bedroom approx, 3:20am. As Dave starts to talk, you hear a female giggle, at the same time.
Evp #7-- Closet room. Ryan & Dave. After Dave says "...light the lights up", you hear an odd sound, almost like a growl or ?. They did not hear it.
Evp #8-- Ryan & Dave master bedroom. Dave says, "or perhaps the one who built this house?", you hear a quick "No". As Evp continues, Ryan says, "or possibly a family member's?", there is a collective sound that follows. It's a little strange. Everyone has their own thought, but no one agrees on one thought. You decide.
Evp #9-- Dave & Ryan using the K2 meter to try get some response. Dave says, "talk into it, say anything", then you hear softly "did it light?". The whole team heard it individually and are in agreement to what it says. That doesn't happen all the time!
EVP 1: Railroad room; Dave, Sue, & Kim. While Dave is speaking you can hear an old steamship followed by a young boy's voice saying "oh boy'.....evp recorder was sitting by titanic model!
EVP 2: railroad room, Kim asking questions, listen for the response!
EVP 3: in the chapel room, on two separate occasions, we were discussing and found these sounds overlapping our conversation when playing the digital back
This photo was taken in the Central Terminal Room leading to the attic, during a provoking session. 'Something on the lens?'.. not in the pictures taken before or after, lens do not clean themselves. Two other people have same angle picture taken at other times during the night and they do not show the black image just above the framed picture..?? {click photo to enlarge}
